This preserved radish chili pickle relish is a tasty accompaniment to congee, noodles rice, omelette, vegetables, and all kinds of dishes for freshness and aroma.
A harmonic combination of all flavours, the saltiness and the crunchiness of preserved radish, the savory taste of fermented black bean, the spiciness of thai chili, and the aromatic flavour of garlic & shallot, altogether make a yummy relish. It is a Chinese version of 'rice thief'.
